Bik Taka — Terms & Conditions

Bik Taka (https://biktaka.games) is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Bik Taka and each user of the platform ("Member").

By registering on or using Bik Taka, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you object to any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Bik Taka reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to register and use a Bik Taka account:

• Online gaming and betting must be legal in the country or region where you reside
• Accounts must be registered in your own name — managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted
• Only one account is permitted per person
• Bik Taka employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to register

Bik Taka reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Registration on Bik Taka is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during sign-up. Creating an account with false or misleading details is considered a violation of these terms.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification Process:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Government-issued photo ID: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• A recent selfie with your face clearly visible
• In some cases, a utility bill or bank statement may be requested as proof of address

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. Gaming remains available during verification, but withdrawals will be temporarily suspended until the process is complete.

Bik Taka supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh — Dutch-Bangla Bank, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Payments made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000
• For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit

General Bonus Rules:

• Every bonus comes with a specific turnover or wagering requirement
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the turnover requirement has been met
• The maximum single bet allowed using bonus funds is specified in each offer's terms
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry
• Bik Taka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus

Welcome Bonus — Special Terms:

• Applicable on first deposit only — available once
• A minimum qualifying deposit amount applies to each offer and will be specified in its terms
• Bonus amounts are subject to a cap — deposits exceeding the eligible limit will not contribute to the bonus

All betting and gaming activity on Bik Taka is governed by the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled — a Cash Out option may be available in certain cases
• Bik Taka reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, stakes will be refunded in accordance with the relevant policy
• Any claim of an unusually large win resulting from a system error or display bug will be considered void
• The maximum stake per bet varies by game and category

For live betting, odds may change before a bet is confirmed. You will be notified of any odds change and may cancel your bet if you do not accept the new odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Coordinating with others to exploit bonuses or promotions ("Bonus Abuse")
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Using software bots, automated betting tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage
• Participating in match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Bik Taka platform
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information
